Your Puppy comes with a health guarantee, first deworming, and a initial wellness exam.

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE THREATENING congenital defects.

We must be notified at once at the onset of a life threatening congenital problem, in writing, with a report from your veterinarian. If there is a problem, our veterinarian will interpret the report and if she concurs, then a replacement puppy will be scheduled as available. There will be no cash or credit refunds. We offer replacement puppies only. A returned puppy must be returned to us in good condition. Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs to and from us.

A replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact parents of the original puppy. However, it is our desire to please, and we will work with our buyers to ensure satisfaction. Should we not have any westie puppies expected within twelve months of the puppy return, we will reimburse the original purchase price if all of the stipulations within this agreement have been met.

All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by us!

Our puppies are sold as PET QUALITY puppies with limited AKC registration unless otherwise noted on the AKC registration form and an additional fee paid to us prior to puppy pick-up. We do not guarantee your puppy to be able to sire or whelp puppies.

Please do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all of its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease. Our veterinarian does not believe in giving the first puppy shots until around 8 weeks of age.  Since most puppy pick up days are at 8 weeks, the first set of shots are usually at about 7 1/2 weeks. Check with your veterinarian to schedule the series of vaccinations (usually at 8 weeks, 11 weeks, and 14 weeks.)

For healthy skin, Westies require a low protein diet that is high in fat. This specific diet is necessary to help your pet to maintain its coat. Don’t let anyone talk you into a high protein puppy/dog food. Not all dog breeds have the same requirements.

We know that you and your new puppy will spend many years together, as you join our many happy and satisfied buyers.
